If you have an issue with any aspect of our service you should contact and address your enquiry initially to The Managing Partner detailing clearly the issue and basis of complaint providing full details in order that your complaint can be dealt with expeditiously. If still unhappy with the response then we can then refer you to the relevant external agency depending on the nature of the complaint and discipline authority where the complaint requires it.
